Job Title: Cook


Job Summary

  • Prepares, seasons, and cooks pizzas, sandwiches, shareables, soups, and other foodstuffs for consumption in the brewery

General Accountabilities

  • Regulates temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, steam kettles, and other kitchen appliances
  • Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to meals
  • Bakes, roasts, broils, or steams foods
  • Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and taking temperature
  • Washes, peels, cuts, and shreds vegetables and fruits

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Vocational training from a culinary school preferred but not required
  • Experience preferred
  • 18 years of age minimum

Job Title: Server



Job Summary

  • Serves food and drinks to patrons in the brewery

General Accountabilities

  • Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food
  • Takes the customer’s order by writing it down or memorizing it
  • Presents order to the cooks on behalf of the patrons
  • Serves customers the pre-ordered food
  • Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
  • Totals bill and accepts payment
  • Clears or resets table at the end of each course
  • Thanks patrons and kindly invite them back for future dining

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years old minimum, 21 years old minimum preferred

Physical Demands
